The adapter was stopping the bolt by slamming the firing pin on the recoil strtoke (They failed to design the adapter with the needed clearance.)
Also, I had multiple FTFs with XCR 10rd mags from C-Product magazines. THe problem is the ridges and tilting of the followers. (all 5 NEW mags were faulty)
Ends up that this frustrating experience almost shut me out of actually enjoying the XCR-M (20″ latest GEN).
All in all, it shoots softly, and accurately.
